A camping area is provided at EPIC.LAN for use during the event hours by participants. Camping is not available before the event opens or after the event closes, you will need to make other accommodation arrangements if your transport is not available at those times.
Costs
- 1-4 Man Tent - £20 per tent
- 4+ Man Tent - £30 per tent
A 'tent-tag' will be provided on check-in to show that your tent has been paid for, please keep this attached to your tent guy ropes at all times. Tent-tags include your booking reference to ensure that tags are not moved to other tents.
Facilities
There are no facilities provided specifically for the camping area. The event's normal toilet and shower facilities can be used by campers. Electric hook-up is not available, generators are not permitted.
Security
External security will be available throughout the event based near to the camping area.
Alcohol
The venue premises are licensed, therefore all alcohol must be purchased from the bar if it is being consumed on the camp site.
Rubbish
Please keep your camping area clear and free from rubbish to minimise the risk of fire.
Safe Distances
Please ensure that your tent is pitched a safe distance from other campers to minimise the risk of fire and trip hazards.
Caravans
The camping area is not suitable for caravans or camper vans and are therefore not permitted.
Noise
Please keep the noise down in the camping area at night to allow other participants to sleep.
Vehicles
Please do not drive your vehicles anywhere on the grassed area, cars/vans to be parked on the normal car park.
Cookers/BBQs
All cookers/BBQs must be raised off the ground, no camp fires are permitted. Any cooking arrangements deemed by the organisers to be unsafe may result in access to the camping facility being withdrawn for the individuals involved.
